I took a week break from Substack last week for my birthday week and it was honestly really nice. Sometimes I think breaks are necessary to revive you and bring back your creativity. I had the best birthday week but ate A LOT of meals out so I am excited to get back to cooking at home this week. I will say I have a big post coming soon on recent meals in Charleston and what to order, so stayed for that! I have so many Spring recipes saved I want to try. I checked out Martha Stewarts original cookbook Entertaining at the library this week. It was re-released and wow what a work of art. From cooking to gardening and hosting immaculate parties Martha is truly the queen of entertaining!
I have 4 new recipes for y’all this week that I tested out and truly LOVE them all. The egg salad would be perfect served with mini croissants at an Easter brunch. The cucumber and cabbage salad will be made on repeat around here. The Hot Honey Burrata Pepperoni French Bread pizza will be your new favorite easy weeknight dinner!
