Truth be told I have not been cooking much lately. I think alot of it is busy schedules and everyone being burned out by the end of the school year. I hate to admit how many times we have picked up Chick Fila (and Taco Bell) lately. That is just life sometimes you gotta go with the ebb and flow! I did make a few recent dinners that we all loved that I wanted to share with y’all.

Why I don’t use my crockpot more often is beyond me. It cooks meat perfectly and does all the work for you! I made this braised beef last week and the flavors were insane!! We ate it over rice one night and then used the leftovers to make shredded beef tacos the next night. This beef was so tender and flavorful.
