Thoughts and reflections on hitting my mid 40's

Today I turn 45 which is honestly wild to me. I often times still feel like 25 year old Natalie but then I realize I am middle aged with 15 and 11 year old children. If I am being totally honest this is certainly not how I imagined my life at 45. I am 7 years divorced with my kids full time and attempting to navigate the dating scene. While this is not how I envisioned my life, man I am so grateful for it. I love the bond Sterling and Frances Moon and I have. I am so grateful to have them and be their mother. Sometimes life doesn’t turn out how we envisioned it, but it is still beautiful.
